A traditional arrangement of perhaps the most popular Christmas carol of all time. The song is played through twice, the second time different from the first. I kept this piece in a middle range, it should be possible for intermediate groups and up. But I am sceptical that this can be played by beginners - the top note is a Bb (Ab concert), for both the 1st and 2nd trumpets.
Overall, Silent Night is subdued, soothing, and just right for getting into the Christmas spirit.
